This Cabernet Sauvignon gives aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of baked blackberry pie, warm baking spices, and earthy undertones. This wine shows great expression of the terroir of the Horse Heaven Hills.

Notes of candied walnuts, ripe raspberry jam, plum, and dried cranberries mingle with sweet coconut and vanilla. On the palate, the fruit is mocha and blueberries. This big, bold Merlot will pair well with many dishes and has amazing aging potential.

Aromas of ripe black cherry and plum with notes of milk chocolate, coffee, sweet smoke and pipe tobacco lend to a balance of plush fruit and powdery tannins in the mid-palate, ending with a long lingering finish with notes of bing cherry and spice.

Notes of butterscotch, honey, fresh lime, toasty crème brulee greet you on the nose finishing off with undertones of fresh Granny Smith apple. The full-bodied fruit is balanced by clean bright acidity that leads into a soft, savory finish.

Aromas of grapefruit zest, guava and passion fruit are abundant on the nose. The grapefruit carries through in the palate along with gooseberry and citrus notes. This wine is clean, crisp, light bodied and refreshing.

Aromas of ripe blackberries, black current, savory herb, and sweet ripe tobacco are highlighted by barrel spices of vanilla and mesquite. The rie fruit flavors carry through in the palate with a light touch of acidity. Sleek tannins lead into powdery tannins on the finish.

This blend shows a beautiful nose of blackberry preserves and chocolate covered cherries with notes of warm baking spices and sweet caramel. The ripe fruit combined with sleek tannins create a wine that is broad and powerful yet elegant.
